The latest publication provided information about the top 10 medium-sized European cities according to the economic efficiency of investment, infrastructure, and friendliness towards business. In terms of the last indicator, Vilnius ranked sixth and surpassed cities such as Bristol and Edinburgh, and ranked tenth in terms of infrastructure Vilnius. Excluding the cities of England and Ireland, Vilnius would rank eighth among the top 10 cities in northern Europe, ahead of both Malmo and Oslo.
